Freedom-Guard ATX: For sports and athletics, the Freedom-Guard ATX is recommended. This guard is the toughest and easiest to clean stoma guard offered by Stomaplex. The outside surface is an FDA approved rubber with two Velroc strips that are used to hold the ostomy belt to the face of the guard.

Freedom-Guard ATX: Attach the parastomal hernia belt to the stoma guard by rubbing the end of the belt to the face of the guard. This is the first step that you’ll need to do after you wash and clean the belt. The soft fuzzy side of the belt secures the guard.
